Just finished the vegucated documentary for the second time, also read the skinny b*tch book and did a lot of research online and by watching more documentaries and I have decided to go vegan. Im looking at it mostly from a health and diet standpoint but also a cruelty free standpoint. I have tried tons of fad diets and they didn't work so I guess this is my lifestyle change. This is me taking control of my life of what I put into my body. This is me being sick and tired of being sick and tired. Sick of being fat and unhealthy sick of high blood pressure and insomnia. Im gonna start slow by phasing out meat and dairy and then go to being a vegetarian and then be a vegan. My first goal is to be completly vegan by October 1st. My second goal is to lose fifty pounds by my birthday January 22 (its a big goal but I think its doable). I welcome any support, help, suggestions and advice and it would be greatly appreciated.
