Good to see ya, Penny, and glad to hear you're feeling better and more determined. Of course, ya know, be sure to eat enough and all that, but you've been through this before and know what to do. I used to get serious migraines that would lay me up for days (talk about a bummer) and inversions (like handstand, headstand, and simpler ones where you literally just put your head lower than the rest of the body) really helped. If you don't want to go to a studio, I'd recommend Tara Stiles' "Slim, Calm, Sexy Yoga." It features different, simple, beginner routines you can do at home that are geared toward different ailments (they have a series for headaches, hangovers, low libido, digestive issues, clear skin, etc). Those routines, a regular yoga practice, and a vegan diet really helped with the headaches.
Thinking of you as you detox. Remember, this too shall pass. :)
